Scharp was initially commissioned to create several exterior and interior images for planning purposes as well as flythroughs of this A-grade office development located on the Docklands fringe of Melbourne CBD near Southern Cross Station. With a very positive response to our initial 3D architectural visualisation, Scharp has subsequently been commissioned to complete a full marketing package of the updated design inclusive of directing a new 3D marketing movie aimed at leasing the development to a prominent Australian business icon.
