This development site takes up a whole city block adjacent to Adelaide CBD’s iconic Victoria Square. Showcasing such a prime office and multi-use high-density site in the Heart of Adelaide’s CBD was a difficult exercise in visual communication. Our team was able to successfully break down the complications of the eight buildings that make up this development through an interactive 3D flythrough presentation. The client continues to upgrade this presentation due to its ability to clearly and quickly sell the workings of the site to new prospective tenants.
