This new retail development on the northern bank of the Yarra at the Melbourne CBD fringe in Docklands required a series of external and internal 3D images for marketing purposes. Scharp had to deal with a complicated architectural scenario of combining a design that was still being developed with existing conditions that had limited drawing information. We came through with flying colours and delivered the new 3D vision of a bustling retail precinct.
