Work will begin on the $50 million facelift to the Great Southern Stand at the MCG directly after the 2011 Grand Final. Scharp produced a series of flythroughs through the proposed new entries, food courts, corporate rooms and 500-seat function room, that were broadcast on every major commercial TV channel during the 2011 AFL Final Series.
